What To Expect

Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions, curiosity, hope, uncertainty, or even nervousness. Our goal is to make the process feel clear, supportive, and as easeful as possible from the very first step.

Contact us by phone or through our online form to request an appointment or ask questions. We’ll follow up with next steps and help guide you through scheduling.

Complete Intake Forms

Before your first session, you’ll receive access to a secure client portal.

There, you’ll complete intake forms that help us understand your background, current concerns, and goals. This allows us to be prepared and intentional when we meet.

First Session: Getting to Know You

Your first session is a space for exploration and connection.

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping for, at a pace that feels comfortable. There’s no expectation to share everything right away.

Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are 45–50 minutes long and tailored to you.

Each session is collaborative and focused on what feels most helpful in the moment, whether that’s processing emotions, building coping skills, or gaining insight.

Personalized Approach

Therapy is never one-size-fits-all.

Treatment is thoughtfully shaped around your needs, experiences, and goals, and may evolve as therapy progresses.

Growth Over Time

Therapy unfolds at your pace.
